Clusters Client
Product Overview
The OpenVMS Cluster Client is part of the OpenVMS Clusters system, designed for configurations that include systems operating under a dedicated client license. OpenVMS Cluster configurations can be set up with systems explicitly licensed as client systems, enabling seamless integration and resource access within the cluster environment.
Features
OpenVMS Cluster Client systems contain full OpenVMS Cluster functionality, with the following exceptions:
- Client systems cannot provide votes toward the operation of the OpenVMS cluster system.
- Client systems cannot MSCP serve disks or TMSCP serve tapes.
